Privacy policy
This is a plain-language summary of how Kejabii handles the information you and your customers give us. The final legal wording is being prepared with our advisers.
What we collect
Your account details (name, business name, phone number, email), the products and sales you record, and basic technical information about the devices you sign in from.
Why we collect it
To run your shop: syncing your data between devices, producing your reports, sending receipts on your behalf and supporting you when something goes wrong.
Your customers’ data
Customer names and contact details you record belong to you. We process them on your behalf and never sell them.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to run Kejabii — hosting, messaging and payment providers — and only what they need to do their part.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, and close your account, at any time. Email hello@kejabii.com and we will action it.
Terms of service
A summary of the agreement between you and Kejabii when you use the app. Final wording to follow.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your staff logins and the accuracy of what you record in the app.
Plans and payment
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Availability
We work to keep Kejabii running at all times, and the app keeps selling offline when a connection drops. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of your shop’s data. We will not use it for anything other than providing and improving the service.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Kejabii whenever you like and take an export of your data with you.
Questions about any of this? Email hello@kejabii.com and we will explain it in plain terms.
